SESSION POLICIES

All sessions, readings, meditations, and classes are intended to support personal empowerment, creative exploration, energetic alignment, and spiritual insight.
All participants must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Sessions are conducted via Zoom, Insight Timer, or in person (when applicable), and all times are based on Central Time (CST/CDT).
Sessions may not be recorded by the client. Caitlin Seeley does not provide recordings unless otherwise agreed upon, and only with explicit permission.
Caitlin Seeley reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at her discretion, including individuals who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol (prescribed medications are acceptable).

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All digital offerings, live classes, and sessions are non-refundable.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, space permitting.
If a session does not resonate, please express your concern within the first 15 minutes to request a refund or end the session. Continuing beyond that time implies acceptance of the session and its contents.
No refunds are offered for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

EVENT & CLASS POLICIES

All events, classes, and offerings are intended for an adult audience, unless otherwise specified.
Content may include themes of spirituality, energy work, and personal transformation and may not be suitable for young children.
Always consult a physician before beginning any physical movement or breathwork practice.
